Management and their employees will not attend to these medical needs:

Payment Penalties

• $40.00 Fee Charge On All Returned Checks (*After (1) NSF All Payments Must Be Made In Cash, Chasier Check, or Postal Money Order)
• It only takes one NSF check for you to be placed on a cash only basis with Rancho Del Rio
• $35.00 Late fee (No Grace Period On Payments)
• If your payment is three days past due, Rancho Del Rio shall begin legal proceedings on the fourht day. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!
