Requirements For New Boarders

• Before any new horse is brought on the property for boarding purposes, Cynthia Nacey or her representative must have written or verbal verification from a vet that the horse has been vaccinated and wormed within the last six months. All horses must be kept on a regular vaccination, worming and shoeing program for their safety as well as for the other horses that are boarded at Rancho Del Rio.
• A security deposit and one (1) months board must be paid in full prior to or upon the arrival of the horse.
• A boarding contract must be signed prior to or upon the arrival of the horse. If the person who signs the contract is not the legal owner of the horse, that person signing the contract must supply a certified document from the legal owner of the horse stating that the legal owner of the horse is responsible for all past due payments (if a default in payment or a NSF should occur). This document must be provided at the time the contract is signed. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION.
• If anyone other then Rancho Del Rio personnel will be working with you and your horse, please let Cynthia Nacey or her representative know as they will have to read the ranch rules and sign a contract before doing so.
• If your horse will be worked by anyone other then yourself when you are not present at the ranch. YOU MUST INFORM Cynthia Nacey or her representative prior to their arrival.
• Please inform Cynthia Nacey or her representative, if your horse has any unusual. habits or special needs.
• Please inform Cynthia Nacey or her representative if you have any special needs.
• It is your reponsibility to read and follow the ranch rules.
