Ranch Rules

NO SMOKING PERMITTED ON THE RANCH.
Vehicle speed limit on the ranch is 5mph. Park only in designated parking area.
No drugs or alcohol on the premises.
All visiting pets must be on a leash and must not be left unattended.
Please notify Cynthia Nacey or her designated representative
immediately if you or your horse damages property or is injured.
Shoes must be worn at all times on the ranch. Wear appropriate shoes or boots while around the horses.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Anyone under the age of 18 must wear a helmet at all times when riding.
All students and riders must wear helmets while jumping and/or taking instruction.
NO unauthorized or unsupervised jumping.
Do not handle (feed, turn-out, groom, lung, ride, use, et seq..) any horse or equipment, whithout the express permission and full knowledge of the horse owner and/or Cynthia Nacey.
Only approved riders are allowed to ride or use any of the facilities on the ranch property.
Do not leave a horse unattended while in the crossties.
Do not leave a horse unattended while on the wash rack.
Do not leave a horse unattended in the turn-out arena, the out-door arena or the covered arena.
Do not tie a horse to any of the single rail pipe fencing. Tie horses only to the appropriate tie rails which are located in front of the outdoor arena or put them in a cross-tie in the barn. Do not leave the horse unnattended while tied.
No riding through barns (main barn, hay barn).
No running or making loud noises while around the horses.
No grazing on the lawns.
Groom, tack, and handle any and all horses in a safe and humane manner.
Horses must be cooled down properly after exercise before being returned to their stall, pipe corral, paddock, or pasture.
You must clean up after yourself and your animals when in the grooming areas, wash areas or around the outside of the barn.
Please store all tack, equipment and personal belongings in their appropriate location immediately after use.
Do not litter. Trash cans are provided around the ranch.
A pay phone is available for customers and is located in the back of the main barn. Do not use the office phone unless it is an emergency.
If you are the last person to leave the barn, lock the tack room doors and turn off the lights.
